July 2014 Paul Martone was assaulted with a punch to the face in New York City.  He fell to the ground and hit his head on the pavement and suffered a severe head injury.   After weeks of near death critical condition he now toils daily with cognitive, memory, physical and occupational therapies.     A second head surgery also looms ahead.      As with any life changing injury the medical expenses are mounting.
